Before sun exposure, apply a sufficient amount of the product (for example, for the face and neck, an amount that fits on one finger****). Reapply regularly to maintain protection, especially after swimming, excessive sweating, and towel drying. Even if you use sunscreen, do not stay in the sun for too long. Prolonged exposure to open sun is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 12 and 16 hours. Infants and young children should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, T-shirt, etc.). ****Protection level significantly decreases when the amount of product used is reduced.
