What kind of method May I use?

 

Currently, we accept only payment online with Debit Cards, Credit Cards on the web site or mobile apps

Types of payment cards that are accepted for payment: VISA (Contact and Contactless), MasterCard (Contact and Contactless), Maestro (Contact), JCB (Contact & Contactless), Discover/Dinner (Contact & Contactless), Union Pay (Contact & Contactless)

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent via email and\or sms within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

 

Can I pay cash upon delivery?

COD orders are temporarily unavailable, but you can use online payment methods to make purchases on our website or mobile aps. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with the payment.

 

Is it safe to order online?

 

Payment security is ensured with the help of the Acquiring Bank, which operates on the basis of modern protocols and technologies developed by the international payment systems Visa International, MasterCard Worldwide and UnionPay International (3D-Secure: Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode).

Cases of refusal to make a payment:

  1. the bank card is not intended for making payments via the Internet, which can be found out by contacting your Bank;
  2. There are not enough funds to pay on your bank card. You can find out more about the availability of funds on your bank card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;
  3. The bank card details are entered incorrectly;
  4. Your bank card has expired. The validity period of the card is usually indicated on the front side of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the validity period of the card by contacting the bank that issued the bank card;

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit card information is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web server.

If you choose to pay by credit card, after confirming your order, you will be redirected to the bank page. You need to enter your card details: owner's name, card number, expiration date, three-digit digital code CVV2/CVC2 on the back of the card. After successful authorization, click the "Return to store" button. You will be taken to the store's cart page. You can track the status of your order in your Personal Account in the "Order" section.

 

How quickly do refunds occur after order cancellation?

Refunds for order cancellations occur within 14 days. Refunds are made to the same means of payment with which the order was paid.

You can check the refund deadlines with your bank, whose card you used to make the payment.
