"In Escentric 05, I wanted to create a new type of summer fragrance. Instead of using standard aquatic notes, I preferred to recreate that sensation when in the midst of a hot day, you emerge from the sea and ascend a low hill, stepping through dry Mediterranean grass and hiding from the sun in the shade of spreading trees," says Escentric Molecules creator Geza Schoen. In Escentric 05, along with the Cashmeran molecule, you will hear simple notes of bergamot and orange, components that create feelings of happiness and joy. They reflect the atmosphere of citrus groves, so characteristic of Mediterranean islands. Rosemary, juniper, and cypress lend a sharp, spicy freshness, especially sensual in combination with hard woody notes. The bitter freshness of fig leaves and the milky softness of the fruit complete the memory of a romantic journey to a Mediterranean island.
