A new fougère ambery spicy fragrance that opens with a faceted freshness with notes of green mandarin and unfolds into a spicy and woody heart of nutmeg essence. A masculine sensuality emerges from the fragrance’s base through a rich and warm tonka bean absolute.

Armani Code EAU DE PARFUM opens with a fresh and vibrant green mandarin essence, sourced from Italy, which brings a distinctive tangy effect to the fragrance. This essence is obtained by grating the zest of the mandarin fruit under running water, with the essence then separated from the water.
The heart of the fragrance is composed of a warm and spicy nutmeg essence. The nutmeg essence, derived from the fruit of the nutmeg trees, is obtained via a meticulous drying and steam distillation process, to create its warm, spicy, and woody note.
A warm, sensual masculinity is revealed in the fragrance’s base notes, which spotlight the richness of tonka bean absolute. Creating a honeyed tobacco note with milky undertones, the tonka bean absolute is derived from the fruit of the Dipterix odorata tree. The fruits are harvested just as they fall from the tree and undergo a drying process to allow the development of the coumarin molecule, that lends tonka its scent. The absolute is then obtained using a solvent extraction method.
