Product description

From april to may in the region of caura basin in venezuela tonka beans fall from their tree. The small nut which is found inside is then dried and roasted. Thanks to this process an addictive, gourmand scent occurs in the form of resinoid which is then distilled to become an absolute evoking caramel, cocoa, coffee as well as other imaginary delights.

The Fragrance Pyramid

The Fragrance Pyramid

The top or initial notes, woven from light and volatile components, give the composition its initial sound and create a mood. These notes last for a few minutes and prepare for the main fragrance.

The bright sound of the top notes smoothly transitions into the main accord – the heart notes. This is where the main melody plays, defining the fragrance's family, character, and recognizability. They can last up to 2 hours.

The heart notes transition into the warmth of the final, trailing, or base notes. These notes give the composition a sensual sound, ensure the longevity of the composition, and determine its richness. They can last up to 8 hours.

The duration of the notes depends on the fragrance composition, skin characteristics, application method, and is provided as an estimate.
