Each palette consists of 9 'sweet' shades, but when you apply them over the primers, you get at least 27 options to start this tea party. Both palettes include a classic clear primer that makes all colors look more vibrant, as well as a black primer for transforming the shadows into new colors. There are rumors of matte shades that are essential for beautiful transitions and can also be used as eyeliner, while the shimmering shades speak for themselves. The Ice Tea palette includes Hibiscus extract, known for its strengthening properties. Each shade can be applied either dry or wet – regardless of your cup of tea. Free of talc and parabens.
