1. Definitions.
Active bonus points – Bonus points credited to the Participant's Bonus account, which are in active status and available for debiting.
Promotional Bonus points – Bonus points that the Participant can receive by performing certain actions or without them. Promotional bonus points have any validity period at the Organizer's discretion. The rules of validity of Promotional bonus points are set by the Program Organizer for each promotion separately.
Promotion - a promotional stimulating event conducted by the Organizer or with its participation.
Questionnaire - information and/or application required to join the Program containing personal data of the Participant and consent to their processing and storage by the Organizer. The form, conditions and procedure for submission of the Questionnaire shall be established by the Program Organizer.
Bonus account - a Card account, where transactions with Bonus points are performed. Information on all transactions (accrual under the promotion or for purchases, debiting when paying for a purchase or burning off due to expiration) is recorded on the Bonus Account. Bonus account is kept in Bonuses.
Bonus points - conditional units accrued to the Participant when making purchases in the Organizer's stores or online store letoile.qa, are a form of incentive for participation in the Program.
Virtual Card (hereinafter referred to as the Card) - a Card that has no plastic equivalent and entitles the Participant to participate in the Program.
Personal Cabinet - a section of the online store, available to the user after registration on letoile.qa, through which the latter manages his account.
Mobile application - software designed to work on smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices.
Inactive Bonus points – Bonus points credited to the Participant's Bonus Account, which are in inactive status and are not available for use by the Participant.
Program Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) - LETOILE QA TRADING, Doha Municipality, Zone 23, Fereej bin Mahmound, Ous Bin Nabit Street 340, bld. 5, fl. 5.
Loyalty Program "Club Program" (hereinafter - the Program) - a relationship in which the Customer purchasing goods with the Participant Card acquires the right to receive Bonus points in accordance with these Rules.
Website - a set of information resources located on the Internet at letoile.qa.
Program area - the program is valid in LETOILE retail chain stores, DOLCE MILK retail stores and in the online store letoile.qa on the territory of the QA.
Program Participant (hereinafter referred to as the Participant) - a capable natural person, aged 18 years or older, with a phone number registered in the QA, who joined the Program by any of the ways listed in these Rules.
2. Registration in the Program.
When registering in the Program, the Participant receives a Virtual Card, which will be linked to his/her cell phone number. The Virtual Card can be obtained in any store of the LETOILE retail chain or on the Website, as well as in the Mobile application free of charge. In order to receive the Virtual card, it is necessary to confirm the phone number.
Confirmation of the phone number is performed by means of a verification code, which is received by SMS to the Program Participant's number. If there is already a Virtual Card on the specified phone number, it is not possible to receive another Virtual Card.
3. Accrual of Bonus points.
Accrual of Bonus points occurs for each purchase by the Participant using the Virtual Card via phone number, as well as after registration in the Personal Cabinet when making purchases in the online store letoile.qa.
Bonus points for purchases are accrued:
When paying the full cost of the purchase with cash or a gift certificate;
When partially paying for the purchase with bonus points. In this case, the accrual of bonus points will only be on the part that is paid with cash or a gift certificate.
Rules for accruing Bonus points: 5% in LETOILE retail stores, DOLCE MILK retail stores and in the online store of the cost of each item on the receipt after accounting for all discounts. Rounding of the Bonus accrual amount occurs upwards to the nearest whole number. If there are several items in the receipt from the same category, for example, several skincare products, then 5% of Bonus points for purchases in LETOILE retail chain stores and DOLCE Milk retail stores will be calculated from the total purchase amount of items from that category.
Additional Promotional Bonus points may be accrued for a purchase, the procedure for accruing and debiting of which will be indicated in the rules of the corresponding promotion.
The online store letoile.qa displays the approximate amount of Bonus points to be accrued in the product card. The actual amount of Bonus points will be calculated during the payment stage of the purchase.
For purchases made in the retail stores of the LETOILE retail chain, Bonus points are accrued at the time of purchase only upon presentation of the Virtual Card. Bonus points are accrued in an inactive state, and activation follows the rules of the Program.
For purchases made on the website, Bonus points are accrued in an inactive state within a period of up to 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery to the Participant. Bonus points are accrued in an inactive state, and activation follows the rules of the program. Bonus points are not accrued for the purchase of gift certificates and payment for delivery services.
The Organizer is not responsible for any delays in the accrual and/or activation of Bonus points that occur for reasons beyond the Organizer's control.
If an error occurred at the time of purchase, preventing the accrual of Bonus points, the Participant can submit a request through the Personal Cabinet on the website or in the Mobile Application. To confirm the purchase, a receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided. Refusal to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase may be grounds for the Organizer to deny the resolution of the request.
4. Activation and Redemption of Bonus points.
The use of accumulated Bonus points is only possible after the activation of the Card. The Virtual Card is activated by completing the Survey. If the Survey is not completed, the Virtual Card will only be available for Bonus points accrual.
During the activation process, Program Participants are required to provide their details:
- Phone number;
- Name and Surname;
- Email address.
Bonus points are activated within 24 hours from the moment of accrual for a purchase. The lifespan of Basic Bonus points is 180 calendar days from the activation date. After the expiration date of the Bonuses points, unused Bonus points will expire.
It is possible to pay for a purchase only with Active Bonus points, but not exceeding 50% of the product's cost. The redemption rate for Bonus points is 1 Bonus points = 1 QAR.
When paying for a purchase with Bonus points, the maximum possible amount of Bonus points for redemption will be calculated. It is not possible to adjust the amount of Bonuses points for redemption.
Purchases of gift certificates and delivery services cannot be paid with Bonus points.
If the Participant has Promotional Bonus points in their account, the rules for their redemption will be specified in the conditions of the Promotion.
Program Participants can choose to make a purchase without redeeming Bonus points.
5. Updating Profile Information.
The organizer is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data provided by the Participant during registration in the Program or when they are changed.
If the participant's previous phone number is unavailable (lost), it is not possible to change the number in the current personal account. When changing the participant's phone number, it is necessary to re-register with confirmation of the number using an SMS code. Transferring bonuses from one card to another is not possible, including cases where the cards belong to the same person.
If it is necessary to change the full name in the personal account, the Participant can submit a request in the Support section.
6. Return of goods.
The exchange and return of goods purchased using the Card are carried out in accordance with the procedures established by the current legislation of the QA and the Terms and Conditions of the Organizer. When returning a product, accrued Purchase Bonus points are canceled. If the product was paid for with Bonus points during the purchase, the Bonus points will be refunded to the Card upon return of the product within 24 hours. The return of Promotional Bonus points is subject to the rules of the promotion.
7. Card Blockage.
The Program Organizer has the right to unilaterally block the Card if there are grounds to believe that the Card is being used dishonestly by a participant and/or without their consent.
The Organizer has the right to unilaterally block the Card or the Participant's Bonus Account if there are grounds to believe that the Participant is engaged in fraudulent activities with the Cards or is a dishonest Program Participant causing financial damage to the Program Organizer.
The Organizer is entitled to unilaterally block the Card or delete inaccurate data in the Participant's account in case the Organizer receives information about the inaccuracy or illegal use of the personal data provided by the Participant.
A Program Participant can block the Bonus Account if they suspect or have reason to believe that a third party has access to the account or the phone number associated with the Bonus Account. To block the Bonus Account, the Participant can submit a request in the Support section.
To withdraw from participating in the Program, the Participant must submit a request in the Support section, indicating their full name and phone number, and expressing their desire to withdraw from the Program. After the request is registered, within 10 days, the participant's Card will be blocked, and the accumulated bonus points will be canceled.
To revoke consent for the processing and storage of personal data, the Program Participant must take the following actions:
1. Submit a request in the Support section, indicating their full name, phone number associated with the Club Card, and stating their desire to revoke the previously given consent for the storage and processing of their personal data. After the request is registered, the participant's personal data will be deleted within 10 days.
2. After registering the request, delete the Personal Cabinet on the website or in the mobile application.
After the deletion of personal data, the participant's Card will be blocked, and the accumulated bonus points will be canceled.
8. Other Conditions.
The Card is valid in accordance with the current Program Rules within the Program's operating territory.
Bonus points have no cash value, do not entitle the holder to receive them in cash, are not and cannot be considered as money, other payment instruments, currency, financial obligations, or securities.
The Program Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally make any changes to these Rules at any time. Information about changes will be posted on the website and in the mobile application.
By becoming a Program Participant, the participant agrees to all Program Rules, including the need to activate the Card, the procedures for earning, redeeming, and the actions of Bonus points and Discounts. The Program Organizer is not responsible for the participant's lack of knowledge of the Program Rules. Participants are responsible for tracking any changes and additions to the Program Rules.
By becoming a Program Participant, the participant agrees to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data (namely: name, email address, mobile phone number) provided in the Participant's Card Form for the purpose of participating in the Program and creating individual offers for the cardholder.
By joining the Program Rules, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to conduct advertising and informational mailings using SMS services, email, postal services, telephone communication, social networks, using information and communication services and/or instant messaging programs (messengers). The Organizer may use message transmission to inform the Participant about the state of the Bonus Account, notify about the possibility of receiving a Personal Offer, inform about changes in the Rules, make offers to participate in promotions, etc. Participants can opt out of receiving messages at any time by submitting a written statement to the Organizer.
The responsibility for restricting the Participant's Card from unauthorized access by third parties lies with the Participant.
The Participant's Card is not a credit or payment (debit) card unless it is specifically designated as such by the Program Organizer.
Only one Participant's Card can be used for a single purchase.
Within one day, no more than 5 operations with the accrual and/or redemption of Bonus points can be performed using one Card. If the number of operations in the accrual/redemption of Bonus points exceeds the limit, the Program Participant will be denied.
The maximum amount of accumulated Bonus points on the Participant's Bonus Account cannot exceed 2000 Bonus points. This includes all types of Bonus points awarded to the customer (e.g., those awarded as part of a promotion). After reaching the balance limit, the Bonus points that expire sooner will be burned.
Bonus points and rights granted to the Participant cannot be sold, transferred, assigned to another person, or used otherwise than in accordance with these Rules or with the Organizer's consent.
The Program Organizer may refuse an individual to activate the Card and participate in the Program upon discovering a previously registered Card for the same individual.
A Program Participant registered in the Program may be offered a Personal Offer with the opportunity to receive additional Promotional Bonus points or change the terms of the Card's operation on a one-time or permanent basis. The Personal Offer may be available to the Participant with or without specific conditions. The rules of the Personal Offer are set by the Program Organizer for each offer separately and are communicated to the Participant when the Offer is provided.
If the Program Organizer is forced to suspend the Program due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), participants will be notified of such suspension within a reasonable time.
The relationship between the Organizer and the Participant is governed by the laws of the QA.
If any provision of these Rules is declared invalid by a court, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
