Rules of the «100 welcome Bonus points» Promotion

1. General Provisions.

These rules define the terms and conditions for participation in the "100 Welcome Bonus points" promotion at LETOILE stores (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).

Objectives of the Promotion:

- Rewarding the loyalty of LETOILE network customers

- Forming and expanding the circle of regular customers of the LETOILE network

Promotion Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer): LETOILE QA TRADING, Doha Municipality, Zone 23, Fereej bin Mahmound, Ous Bin Nabit Street 340, bld. 5, fl. 5.

Promotion Venue: Qatar

Promotion Period: from 01.02.2024 to 31.12.2024

Promotion Venue: Retail stores of the LETOILE network and the online store letoile.qa

2. Promotion Conditions

Any capable natural person, aged 18 years or older, with a phone number registered in the QA and is a loyalty program member, can participate in the Promotion.

Bonus points are credited after confirming the phone number on the website letoile.qa, mobile application, or at LETOILE network stores. If the number has been confirmed previously when participating in other Organizer programs, the participant must request the verification code again.

To confirm the phone number, it is necessary to provide the cashier with the code received via SMS or enter it in the verification field on the website letoile.qa

100 Bonus points are credited as active no later than 24 hours from the moment of completing the questionnaire and activating the card.

1 bonus point = 1 Qatari riyal.

Bonus points become available for redemption after filling in all mandatory fields of the questionnaire (name and email address) on the website letoile.qa or the LETOILE mobile application.

A customer can receive welcome bonus points only once during the entire promotion period.

It is possible to pay for a purchase with promotional bonuses up to 90% of the product's value after applying all discounts. Bonus points cannot be used to pay for the purchase of gift certificates and delivery services.

The Organizer is not responsible for any delays in the accrual and/or activation of Bonus points that occur for reasons beyond the Organizer's control.

The validity period of welcome bonus points is 30 calendar days from the moment of accrual. Unused bonus points will expire after this period.

Bonus points can be credited to the Bonus account through the personal account on the website letoile.qa or in the "LETOILE" mobile application.

If there are multiple types of Bonus points in the participant's Bonus account during payment, those with a closer expiration date will be deducted first. If there are bonus points with the same expiration date on the balance, the promotion bonus points will be deducted first.

In the case of a return of a product paid with promotional bonus points, the bonus points will be returned to the participant's account.

3. Additional Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the acceptance or issuance of Bonus points without notification in cases where the customer:

- Does not comply with the rules of this promotion, as well as the conditions of other Organizer promotions.

- Has committed or intends to commit actions considered by the Organizer as fraudulent, deceitful, or other manipulations that have resulted or may result in material, moral, and other harmful consequences of various types and degrees for the Organizer.

The rules of the "Club Program" loyalty program apply to these conditions, to the extent not conflicting with the conditions of this Promotion.

The Promotion may be terminated prematurely.

The fact of participation in the Promotion implies the participant's consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data (namely: name, email address, mobile phone number) contained in the participant's questionnaire for the purpose of participating in this Promotion.

This promotion is a promotional event as defined by Ministerial Resolution No. (311) of 2018 concerning the sale of goods at discounted prices, and governed by Qatari Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.

The fact of participation in the Promotion signifies the participant's acknowledgment and full agreement with these Rules of the Promotion.

The Organizer has the right, at its own discretion, to change the rules of the promotion. Information about changes is posted on the website letoile.qa
