Wash your GLOV glove under warm running water before first use and gently wring it out, apply your favorite shower gel or use the glove with just water, use the glove to stroke or massage the areas you want to exfoliate, focus on one part of your body at a time and stroke the skin in a circular motion without applying strong pressure or rubbing, then wash the glove with soap or GLOV Magnet Cleanser soap, and hang it to air dry.
