Application
Step 1. Take the high pigment brow pencil Tattoo Brow 36H and draw small, light strokes along the contour of the brows.
Step 2. Use the brow brush on the other end of the pencil to comb the hairs, blend the color, and shape the brows.
Step 3. Sharpen the tip of the brow pencil as desired.
