With the accord of amaretto and citrus notes of mandarin leaves, perfumer Emilie Coppermann conveys the contrast between the Italian festive tradition and the absolute modernity of the PORTA NUOVA district, where the tallest skyscraper in Italy, UniCredit Tower (architect César Pelli), and the residential complex 'Vertical Forest' (architect Stefano Boeri) are located. Here, the brightness of bergamot is balanced by the loftiness of neroli, and the depth of heliotrope is softened by the sweetness of the 'trail' notes, which unfold with amber, vanilla, and benzoin.
The PORTA NUOVA fragrance bottle from the LE VIE DI MILANO collection by TRUSSARDI is made of opaque glass and crowned with a gilded figurative cap in the shape of the silhouette of a greyhound – the symbol of the brand. The neck of the noble hound is adorned with a leather collar of the same color as the bottle.
