Application
Apply a thin layer of the All Day Lip Color across the entire surface of the lips using the built-in applicator or a special flat lip brush. Wait less than 1 minute for the pigment to dry completely, then apply the Top Gloss – a clear gel fixative with natural moisturizing ingredients to stabilize and soften the result.
