Atkinsons releases a new luxurious fragrance, Gold Fair In Mayfair, in a limited edition to celebrate the anniversary of the brand's return to its historic building in Mayfair. This original fragrance, released in just 2000 bottles, is a tribute to London's most refined district. The idea for the new fragrance was inspired by the impressive art wall in the flagship store located in Burlington Arcade. The wall, created by designer Christopher Jenner, is a masterpiece of Verre Eglomisé (eglomise), a glass etching technique, and gives the entire space a shimmering inner texture, special elegance, and coziness. The fragrance opens with a warm bouquet of iris, cocoa beans, and sage, before swirling you into a bright amber cocktail of vetiver, styrax, and deep notes of ambroxan.
