Provided with a handy new comb applicator, useful for both blending and combing the eyebrows, PROFESSIONALE Eyebrow Pencil gives the eyebrows instant structure and volume and enhances the eyes.
The new clean and vegan friendly formula of PROFESSIONALE Eyebrow Pencil is enriched with Carnauba wax, making it versatile and readily adaptable, to give the eyebrows shape and structure, and with Candelilla wax, which leaves them glossy and easy to comb. Lastly, the formula with skincare benefits is completed by Sunflower Oil, with a nourishing and restructuring effect, which strengthens the structure of the eyebrows. Does not contain microplastics or mineral oils.
